Championship BBQ Techniques Cooking Class
Learn BBQ tips and techniques from 25 years of competition experience. You will learn fire management; meat selection; preparation and application of bastes, marinades and dry rubs; cooking and presentation techniques including a "mock" on-site presentation for Memphis BBQ Network contests. Baby Back Ribs and Pulled Pork Shoulder will be prepared for your tasting.

This class is great for "wanna-be" competitors as well as those who simply want to WOW! their friends in the backyard.
The class is held on-site at the contest.
